I find that whenever I'm "wrong" or "lose" it's initially due to the market, but the magnitude and how much of a loss is me and my actions. Whenever I lose and I try to fight it by adding position size, thinking the trend will reverse, holding and hoping, revenge trading thinking that I gotta win i end up losing much more. As long as you're cutting your losses quickly, you'll protect yourself, and then you can go back and analyze what happened and what went wrong and how you can improve.

@LnguyenRTR I’ve done the same with doubling on a “dip” that isn’t really a dip so I decided that up until now if I lose once in the trade I let it go even if it runs, just watch it and learn from it but yea I recently built an overtrading problem that I’m trying to solve myself

THERE ARE TWO MOVING TARGETS

There are two moving pieces and to me the hardest aspect of trading is not seeing the patterns but dealing with the mental aspect of trading because I have had a lot of losses early because I forced things and it took time to realize what I was doing wrong and betting myself mentally ready for this battle.

Trading psychology is the most underrated topic! Please do more video lessons on that, if possible.
