I'm currently trying to do both. Dip buys and buying first green days. As it fits my account size. Focusing on what can grow my account but learning is the most important step.

I prefer OTC midday/ afternoon breakouts in this market environment. Morning breakouts on OTCs have been choppy and less reliable lately.

I like first green days better, but you don't see as many of them as dip buys. I struggle with dip buys because I just don't trust my L2 reading skills and it's so manipulated. Scary to try and catch a falling knife.
