Good lesson, I just started trading so this is my first time encountering a stock this crazy. Glad I played it very safe and made $100 before it broke $5. After that I sat back and watched the show.

Awesome lesson I bought 100 shares long @ 5.75 & sold @ 5.99 for $23 profit...kicking my ass for selling way too soon but lesson learned.

I wish if I accepted and cut my loss quickly when I had $6000 , lost them all, I'm trying now to refund my account. Big lesson for me. Thanks Tim.

Though I prefer shorting, I did not want to short AWX on day two. It had failed spikes on the daily, but this time was different. It spiked and held its gains on low vol. So on day two I was thinking the pattern had changed and that it wasn’t a good idea to short. I stayed away and glad I did bc there were so many fakeouts on both ends. Great learning experience. Thank you for breaking it down Tim. Im sure people got destroyed on this play. Shorted 100 shares ( papertrading small size to keep it realistic ) And lost $7 haha. People underestimate the power of cutting loses quickly. Cut losses quickly/intelligent is so very important. Made it my number one priority for sure. And make it a habit from the start. People should listen to you.

Be independent don’t short just cause other people are. Cut losses quickly never know how much you can lose if you go on a ride with it. Shorting is very dangerous if your a gun slinger. If your playing a stock and it’s not going your way get out.

i was watching this stock as well. it spiked to the 30s premarket but i didn't trade it while in premarket because I'm not experienced enough to do so. i mean, i can and have but i didn't want to risk it even with using only a paper account. i treat my paper account as if it was a real account.

during the actual market, i longed it and it started tanking! got halted too many times and i got stuck in the halt like 3 times. i didn't want to sell my position because i want to make a profit and ended up sell for a lost @ 500 dollars, with possible 100 shares. #1 rule cut losses quickly. I've also learnt that i shouldn't trade stocks that have run up so high. mainly when i don't know where its going.

You may be my best teacher ever! Thank you! SO appreciate your honesty and transparency.
