Excellent video lesson. The logic and idea behind the entry and quick exit were spot on. I like the thought process you shared behind the trade. I prefer singles, but working on building my knowledge base, working on my process and learning, more than trading. Looking forward to building on this information and executing on it, little by little. Thank you @timothysykes

Can you only hold a short for months because it doesn’t rise in price and thus you don’t get squeezed? In other videos it sounds like brokers give you like 3 days top to short and then they buy you in. I haven’t made a trade yet. Been studying for 3 months. But looking at this super nova and waiting for it to crash, I’d like to open an account and short if I can find the shares, and of course only at the right time, and hold if necessary.

JLuhmann
JLuhmannMay 04, 18 11:27 AM

Also, when you get squeezed you just pay the difference on the loss, correct? Say my position is $500 at $50 a share. Stock goes to $70 and I’m squeezed and bought in. I just pay the $20 per share difference to the broker, correct? Thanks Tim!
