Financing means selling shares at discount to rich guys but screwing retailers like you and me. They are desperate so they'll do what it takes to stay afloat. If you are going to buy be in and out quick. Is shorting a financial spike a good idea because it is a dead stock just kicking sort of like a pump and dump? Should you be as aggressive as with pump and dumps. Should they be treated like mini pumps? Should i look for quick breakouts when financings comes out like quick pump breakouts early

If the company is going to die eventually with this type of financing then don't the investors & fund managers who bought it half price aren't they at risk too? Why would they risk those money in the first place like the bad sushi? Thanks again for the great video as I am learning so much.

Pennystocks 101, "Time and Time again", then they might do a reverse split just like $LIVE and many others to get price per share up (share count down) and do it all over again. Charts often don't show this recycling process. Something about the past......
