I love the live trades because it allows you to talk the trade out to us along with what you see on level 2 etc but I will say alerts are nice confirmation for me if I'm already in a position that you take or a little more real time reminders of the patterns. buy when a stock is already moving, look for premarket spikes, watch the level two - if the buyers can get over the sellers or sellers can get over the buyers its a sign to get in or get out, its all about safety, overall profits are more important than perfection

Sometimes you will play it too safe but never regret playing it too safe! Trading is not about perfection but to get profits from the predictable move! Instead focus on Perfecting your trading plan (use the Sykes scale) and focus on perfecting your knowledge (watch video lessons/dvds and read books). You can get out of stocks if they don't do what you want. You saw how quick that SKLN trade was. Going in for a specific pattern, didn't get it, out that fast. Don't hold on to losers, these are the most volatile stocks in the market expect disappointment!
