I got all excited this morning, but alas, CERE is the wrong company involved with this merger, Reuters, Briefing.com & I got it wrong...it happens...funnily enough CERE is still 10% higher than where I bought/alerted as it seems not everyone has done all the research yet so this video should clear up a lot of confusion:

Awesome video!! good breakdown tim!
Thanks Tim!
another "CERE", a japanese company, what an odd...
Thanks Tim...acting without hesitancy is so important to good trades...i can see how this may happen to any of us...good lesson : )
Thanks again.
thanks Tim , those chinese/japanese companies are sketchy
Case of mistaken identity, it happens. What matters is the thesis behind the trade (looking for reverse mergers of small companies w/ big, exciting / hot industry companies), and cutting losses (or profits, in this case) quickly. Good video!
Very Good Catch TIm, If the Company announce First in REUTERS,com as like the air port and than Other Members PR news come and pick it up, spread it all over. Thank For That.
Thanks Tim, this is a very good video for analyzing a stock news
are his screen/interface from StocksToTrade?? Does anyone know. Thx!
I've tried a few trials to see what trade alerts are about. You nailed it when you pointed out they always buy around the top. Better off learning to trade yourself then reduce the risk by a great margin. Thanks for the great lesson
Cheers Tim, Too many apologies, people calling you out for being wrong and spelling mistakes need to FU%#K Right Off.... Keep up the great work you do and all the chatroom Moderators need to pat them selves on the back @timothysykes you should be proud of what you have all achieved...
Thumbs up
Full transparency and still know that you are awesome! Thanks kindly! Be Well
I did the same thing the other day with a moving stock play and found out it was the wrong info. With my regular job I now look for longer plays that move slower and with a nice uptrend or downtrend for shorting. When I go fulltime I will look for faster plays while monitoring the move tick by tick. I will do a vid when I do go fulltime to show a different angle on trading these moves. Tim has the foundation so study his material and develop your own style.
thanks Tim
Thanks Tim, great video!
@NRS100 What? Noooo this is Etrade Pro. STT is way better than this "crap". But if i remember correctly STT bug when trying to record screen so he use Etrade Pro
watched and learning!
Thank you too!
great lesson Tim
Got it!
Very important lesson. Will rewatch. Thanks Tim
Thanks Tim!
WOW, this just blew my mind. Talk about the wrong CERES. Great lesson! Did Reuters correct the mistake eventually? Very useful lesson, as even good research can end up being wrong.
Honest mistake, but good entries still protect you when catalyst is clearly wrong (mistaken identity). Being fast allows you to sell into waves of buyers who haven't realized this is the wrong company for the news, and always remember to cut losses quickly. Good video
Interesting...
Crazy trade that didn’t go as long planned. Small penny stock is running up on big news of a reverse merger with Yumemi. Just like $HMNY did so this could run big. After digging into Yumemi’s website the company mentioned was not the right one as the stock running. Misconception of the stock but once the news gets out that it is not $CERE the stock will have a big sell off. Key isn’t to be early to the trades and sell before everyone else does.
TY Tim
I really likes this lesson..very useful
