I been watching this stock for a while I have a small position but I think it may break out on 420 I think they are timing it to do that and it would almost go with there filling last 420 they hit a high of 7.20

Tim where'd you pull up that SEC filing of MSRT? its not on yahoo finance. I even tried pulling it up on the SEC website and it said it couldnt even find the ticker?

3693 - 3694 - MSRT Tim confirms don’t buy double top it might fail buy the breakout level before and see if it does test getting the dip on a safe entry point. Always look for what it did the last time it had big volume!
