To be honest I've been slacking a bit on my studying, taking for granted the hard work mentors like Tim puts in. Hard work never stops even when you reach your goals. The video was long but Tim's rants are so real. I needed to watch this, great inspiration.

Lessons learned: Keep spreadsheets on patterns!; Pumps can drop quickly; There will always be discrepancies in penny stocks; Don’t take a loan out so you can trade with $2,000; You need $2,000 to be able to short sell; One play can wipe you out.
