VIDEO SYNOPSIS: When to trade a morning spike.. mostly due to a news item that basically didn't mean anything.Previous info from chart shows that it never holds its spikes, future performance indication?! SEC Filing but nothing substantial, so predicted consolidation. The above is all to do with $AMCN

I was in a short position AMCN and KONE(on paper) when i resubscribed to profit.ly. I was so excited because i had retained what i had learned over a year ago ! It was a "profitable" play. There is so much learning to do, sooo much more. Thank you Professor Tim!!!! ok, back to busting my chops watching video lessons...

This was an over view of a morning Spike and the price action. Tim explained what the price action is like and why it was a good trade.

Watch this one twice, until you already have a list of things you know Tim is going to say from here on out. Then just check off the things he says on each video and write new things in at the bottom. Boom there a video lesson Note sheet for ya. Just a study suggestion from someone who's seen most of the video lessons now.

$AMCN has history of never holding its spikes. The stock has quadruple topped at $3.20 so lots of shorts were expecting it to stop there. It spiked up to $3.40 and started to fall but caught itself at $3.20. Lots of shorts piled on the first spike expecting a collapse but got squeezed when $3.20 acted as support this time. Got a squeeze to $3.70 and that was the best time to short as the spike was due to shorts covering in panic. Up on fluff SEC news. Be patient on shorts and even buy the sqze.

Lessons 2702,2703: shorting $AMCN, from 4/8/15, you are an inspiration, not just because of your profitability but most important, your commitment to charitable causes, the fact that you are always looking to make a difference in someone's life is what inspires this challenge student, thanks Tim.

good example of shorting morning spike because you did your dd and looked at the history and saw that its spikes never hold....the early shorts werent really wrong just when it is the first pullback you really have to be prepared to break out to new highs in the morning when its spiking
