Tim, few issues i hope you can address, (1) Voxx doesn't own the 360, they simply have a distribution deal with 360 and made a small investment in EyeSee360 - Distribution deals are usually low margin. (2) Voxx has debt of $96 mil. With this debt its easy to see the company doing an offering should the stock move up at all to pay the debt down. (3)

@StockSafari they also invested $3 million in eyelock, given gopro and apple pay, either of those investments could be worth $100-200 million now and the company's book value is $17/share without either of time, just not much risk, tons of potential reward with the right PR/article

$VOXX is a speculative stock that has up trended nicely with the news of their 360 fly device like $GPRO. Recently it has fallen due to the company delaying the PR talking about it. Now could be a good dip buy as they will be posting earnings soon and possibly their product. With 1.4M of the 20M float this could get squeezed a little bit too.
