This stock spiked on positive weed stock new from Trump admin. Was holding pm gains well, trailing vwap well, and trading above the 200 ma. Entered pm right before open, and had to cut losses when my risk was hit. Got stuck in the halt, but was still able to exit trade where my risk was set.
