FGD G&C Entry in 2.80 thinking that will be the low, and risk would be 2.80. However, didn't do DD and was caught/bought into an offering. Unable to exit quickly, stock dropped down 2.65 prior to exiting costing more than a papercut, especially c reduced size compared to other trades.
