FDA Fasttrack news caused an 8:30am spike. I got in on the pullback and expected a supernova, based on recent experiences. It spiked to 2.99 but dropped quickly and never recovered. I expected a spike at the open but nothing. Market dropped in AM may have hurt the spike but no responses or new announcements to help out. I cut it before the close. Lessons: CLQ, No matter how good the news , price action is most important.
