A quick trading plan really helps. What I have learned from my random trades and big losses is that I got in without thinking twice. Similar to walking up to a slot machine putting quarters in and pushing the button. So random its like I just turned my brokerage account into Vegas. Literally can go to Vegas without even going to vegas. Vegas is in your house on your PC or phone making trades.
