Pre market trade. Weak news. Hovered around VWAP. Manually managed the stop. HOWEVER, did not exit when trade went against me. I had a plan, but did not follow the exit when things didn't go my way. Ended up 'bag holding' painfully. Okay, I learned my lesson..........Never Again. Cut losses quickly and ALWAYS have a plan.
