Premarket lowfloat spiker on news. Bought on WVAP too soon before consolidation, so ended up with a loss. Mkt cap 6M, Float 1.42, Volume 1.5M when I bought. It went down to 0.95 before going up again. Topped out at 1.44 during the day.
