Ate a really dumb loss here. Bought this ticker as it was breaking out over intraday high on strong volume with news, should have locked in profits and could have made 20-30% however sellers overwhelmed buyers. Got stubborn and did not respect my risk and got burned. They also announced an offering just before market close to really pull the rug from the bulls feet. Lessons: lock in profits and above all else RESPECT YOUR RISK, be disciplined and stick to the plan!!
