Premarket spikers. Missed VTGN yesterday having FOMO on PRZO. I was looking for similar biotechs this morning that could run like VTGM. SILO started spiking low float. Initial position sold 100 into spike to 3.7 and held 200. Though it was just getting started, but moved too fast back down. Plus Sykes bought and sold below 3 so that probably didn't help. Was able to sell remaining shares for minimal loss.
