This ticker was on the top % gainer scan. Had news of a contract win. Was up 20%. I watched the ticker at the open. I saw the ticker dip and planned to get on on a bounce. The ticker had a weak bounce and I cut the loss before it went too far. Looking at the chart I see I entered at resistance. I should have waited for price confirmation with a break of resistance before entering the position.
