Swing. Saw matched FGD criteria, but news was questionable; Filings coming over weekend supposedly. Entered w/ 30k @ .0075, risk IDS .0069, TGT hopefully 8% .0081. Forgot had doc appt so completed trade in parking lot. Didn't gap up & fell @ open. Grabbed falling knife; .0064. News wasn't substantial & won't trade hypotheticals overnight.
