Went for HOD break. Seems to me that all my loses come from my trades that i didnt have a plan set for. Like at beginning of day or at least for an hour or so. And when trade these i jump in now where my risk is but go bigger in size. WTF. Why would I go bigger on trades that are more emotional then trust my laid out plans from night before.
