Interesting story here. Etrade didn't fill my sell order at 3.70, tried at 3.78, and nothing, then it went south. Called Etrade and put a complaint and they refund me $20, sold it at $3.10, so my loss was $22 and with the $20 refund it became only a $2 loss, still hate the idea that I didn't get green, but keep going.
