Not proud this was my biggest day trade loser ever!! FGD, FORMER SUPERNOVA ($2.88 to $25), bought when running quickly but was halted. after halt stock crashed and I sold ASAP. I had too large of a position and shouldn't be trading NASDAQ when penny stocks are my bread and butter.
