I was wondering about commissions and fees... some of my trades are in the green but after commissions and fees itâs a loss... do you find that this happens to you a lot as well, Iâve noticed that youâre taking very small position sizes which is great when your testing but it seems to make it impossible to grow the account over time.

Hit 2.48 so when it was at 2.51 I put my buy at 2.55 it literally wouldn't execute me til it crawled up to 2.55 couple minutes later. Annoying. Then spikes to 2.6 then looks like its going to fail so I put my sell at 2.55 it crawls just down to 2.55 then goes up to 2.68. Thats what I get for choppy stocks. Choppy action. Now I see why Tim avoids n gets shaken out. Loss of comms/fees today -$18.41 all commissions/fees

@TimsTots just when I get out if a stock for breakeven. Im on a slight losing streak right now as my timing has been off. My position size is perfect for covering commissions when I profit and not too large of losses when I lose
Oh I see, so the profits and losses that are posted here include your commissions and fees?

@TimsTots no they don't include comms/fees im down -$18.41 today which is just commissions. I need to make 1.6% to make a profit if I use $1k position size. I wont make back commissions if its less.
Thank you, that really helps put things more into perspecive for me, I apprieciate you taking the time to explain that.
