Entry comments: NEE got halted, but I could not find news. Just before it came out of the halt, @StocksToTrade published news of a SEC filling. I read it as fast as possible and saw an offering at $3.00 valued at $50 Million. Normally that would be bad news, but in the case of companies like NEE and TSLA the markets usually react well, as it provides the companies the capital needed to continue growing
