Entry comments: Buying this OTC runner midday as it just keep testing new highs so I think it might an all day runner, goal is to make 10-25%, cut losses quickly if it stops breaking out to new highs

Exit comments: Got a small gain but doesn't look like it can pull off the big 300%+ intraday gain we've been seeing in setups like these the past few weeks so I'll play it safely, especially since the overall market is sluggish today
