@RBI ticker change. Proteon Therapeutics (NASDAQ:PRTO) and privately held ArTara Therapeutics have agreed to a tie-up in a reverse merger transaction after which the combined company will do business under the ArTara name. Shares will trade under the ticker "TARA."
