I am testing the pattern of early spikers that consolidate, and then take off. This spiked, consolidated, but the break was down, not up. Once it started to make lower lows in the consolidation and was not doing what I wanted it to, I cut losses quickly and lived to fight another day. I actually sold 50 shares at 4.00 when it did not take off right away, and then 50 shares at 3.60 when it hit my 5% risk.
