52wk breakout, Low float stock up 70%, consolidating above VWAP, holding spike, starting uptrend 1:30pm. Looking to reclaim HOD of $2. Couldn't break out, volume really faded off after 3:30 which is the opposite of what is expected for a breakout. Don't like price action, so got out.
