FLKS up due to Merger news at 07:00.00 this morning. Was up pre-market from 0.35 to the high of 0.74ish with 1million volume. Set a support turned resistance at 0.55. sFLKS was hugging resistance, opened at 0.53. plan was to wait for break to 0.74. bought once break but did not wait for confirmation. BIG MISTAKE.
