this was the beginning of the week where my psychology was destroyed. It really hurts your psyche when you're up five figures on a trade and then all of those unrealized profits go away. then you're in a position where you have to take a loss and you don't want to because you were up five figures. Then you realize it's not coming back and you panic sell. What a disaster this was. Learn from this and please don't make the same fucking mistake I did!
