Thought it would go back to 2.50 if it cracked 3.00. Plan was to add two tiers as if it spiked toward 3.50, but decided to just cut it as it was low volume and already made the short move without me. It was up on no news at all, just people speculating they would make a CBD announcement (despite announcements from CEO there was no plan at all lol)
