Here is a good example of why rule 1 exists! So disgusted with myself. Tried to make a trade like the one previous and when it dipped I held on hoping it would rebound towards the market close. Just a continuous down trend and panic sell. A good lesson to stick to the plan. Changing the plan to hope is foolish and selfish and must not be tried or experimented with. To all that look at this, know that I destroyed all my gains from today and a good part of yesterdays.
