Entry comments: This low priced play has big volume and a nice 40% move so far today on great news with regulatory approval https://tim.ly/2IBL4aA and its day high of .48 is within reach so I'm buying on a dip and I'd love to see a breakout into the .50s, overall market up big so it's a day of possible big runners
