Basically the same trade as my other one on Interactive Brokers. This order was not locating shares at first - I got filled on IB but didn't cancel this one, and later when shares became available this got filled. Was definitely over-sized but have been getting WAY too overconfident / reckless and just held. Shares ran out so wanted to hold even more. The rest is history - biggest lost so far of my career, got stuck in halts which kept gapping up, etc.
