I love to eat at famous dave's and feel that the world would be worse off without them. So I invested in their company. My strategy is to buy and hold, like Buffet and Graham, but I'm also trying selling off earnings if they get high enough. That way I can diversify into my other positions and protect myself from any pull backs in the near future. However commissions take a pretty hefty chunk out of my earnings. Ouch.
