PM news about an IND being filed. Having experience with this stock, I knew not to touch it as it'd be facing a lot of selling pressure. $1.20 has been a key line for a while, so I waited to make sure it held on the open and didn't dump, then got in on the move up towards $1.30. Unfortunately, it stalled, and I got out asap after I saw a huge ask popup a few cents higher for a small loss. I thought it'd be worth a play, but didn't work out. $13.90 comm = $33.90 loss
