Saw this morning HOD break and chased. Had nice reaction to news, lower float 20M, massive volume 14M in first 15 minutes, hot sector biotech, multi year b/o above 3.00. Risking .10 to make .20. Lots of resistance at 3.80 cut losses quickly, out for a small loss.
