Entry comments: I entered this stock based primarily on the SEC filing stating that the company would be announcing the results of a possible reverse merger on 9/08017. My goal was to gain 70% profit if the vote got passed and to sell at .10 if it didn't

Exit comments: The company did not release the news when they initially claimed and I held on longer than I should have instead of cutting my losses earlier. People were continuing to hype the stock up and I bought into it mistakingly. Will definitely not make that mistake again but a great lesson to learn from.
