I bought this because it was a huge winner premarket, and it looked like It was going to morning spike at the open. I bought it right at the day high 3 minutes into the open, and it didn't break out. The good thing that I did was stick to my plan and cut losses when my risk was hit. It had good news that was receiving 320 Million on a purchase asset agreement. However, it had a huge float of 123 M and a Cap of 767 M. Big float and cap means it wont be very volatile.
