Entry comments: I re-bought this hard hit earnings winner premarket as its spiking nicely on this news http://tim.ly/2slO5mz as they clarified their offering document, an offering might be in the works, but this PR makes me think it'll come later rather than sooner so we might just see a short squeeze today, goal is to make 20-40 cents/share on the bounce, cut losses quickly if it can't bounce hard and scare shorts, aim small, miss small

I am on the right track. I was watching this stock when the news came through and that was my exact thoughts. I had the opportunity to buy @ $6.15 and didn't because I am still familiarizing myself with E-Trade pro order entry. I just got it yesterday. Oh well, it's confirming for me anyhow :)
