PTRC tapping the $1.70 level on news of a second oil strike in 30 days. Looks like a bull flag is forming from 5/08/17.Very low volume. 4-16,000. Should have looked at that more. Dropped to 1.51 pretty quickly. Should have waited to dip buy or waited for the breakout.
