I anticipated a morning spike after news of a takeover with Oracle acquiring Opower ($OPWR) that day. The spike occurred during pre-market hours and did not spike afterwards. The stock was pretty much flat for the rest of the day. Took my small loss and moved on. I must admit I was pretty sure I nailed this trade but I am still a rookie and have a lot to learn.
