This is my first loss. I think its only natural for every trader to go against all their rules at least once to show them why they are in place. My rules that I broke: 1) Bought literally on the bell, saw it gapped up and didn't think about the possibility it could go down. 2) Volume was rubbish (think only 20 of these contracts were sold) 3) Spread was awful. But we learn and move on.
