T26: nhod b/o Trade TRADE COMMENTS: Should have kept an eye on the volume - 20/20 hindsight can see now that there was little momentum to carry the trade (Watch momentum) LEARNING: While I did not watch the volume going in POSITIVE: I did have a sense that the trade was going nowhere and got out (V.Good sense and cutting losses when a trade does not do what you expect) Cut losses!!!

I need to re-examine this strategy - none of these nhod b/o has worked for me. Not sure if I am miss-reading the chart or missing theory in some manner.

One possible entry (hindsight so perfect) was the close of the high 1 bar a couple bars before your entry. The bars were getting smaller with long downward tails closer to your entry, which looks sort of like a selling climax. I've never had much luck with new high strategies and am more comfortable trading a countertrend scalp at new highs. GL

Oh also highly recommend Anna Coulings "Price Volume Analysis" it's pretty simple stuff but has made me a better trader. Well worth the 25 bucks or so imo
