Favorable arbitration decision news created positive spike. Next R after 9.26 was 12 - literally nothing in between; so figured 10 was realistic. Bounced & stalled right around entry price so respected resistance and got out. Was also cautious b/c company was financial & nat resource play. 1hr later blew past resistance & went up to 10.29! Would have re-entered but PDT rule again f-ed me. Thesis was correct, though.
