Noticed this morning that stock was up to .0024. No news showing on Stocktotrade total view. Finallly found news on Twitter that SDVI closed on 4 new companies after price had dwindled some. I'm out on news. Price up on rumor of closings happening soon.
I learned in this trade to buy the rumor and sell the news. I purchased this stock again on news that Co would buy social network companies after I made a profit on the rumor run up. I did the opposite in this case. Held shares over 1 month from $1850 value down to $270 and back up.Sold today on news that they did finally buy the companies. Happy to recoup most of my money.
After hours $300 mini play following mixed earnings report. Initially market sentiment was bullish then turned south.
Pulled trade to use funds for another trade that didn't work out. Ouch! Sold other SDVI shares 7 days later at .0019 and .002
