Low Float at 5.019M, had a news catalyst, hit the momentum scanner and went from 0.85 cents to 1.77 and then a big red jack knife candle. It was very thickly traded at 112 million shares, locked up .09 per share and grateful.
SBFM is Low Float Stock 4.506M, was up 35%, had a news catalyst, was between 2 and 10 dollars. But like stocks lately just couldn't hold up. Got out for a 0.10 profit.
Low Float 4.186M, stock hit momentum scanner and then just as quick as it started running, it lost momentum. SOAR had a news catalyst, but just couldn't continue to soar.
Stock rallied, got back in a pullback, only for it to fail a second time. Got out just in time for it to rally back up to 5.69. SUCKS!
my bad on this one, the float is 103M. I think there was some ADHD in the market this morning. Stocks going crazy and then the momentum shifted elsewhere.
Stock was a Blue Sky setup, fairly recent IPO in April, all time high was $4.40. Float is 3.53M, Relative Volume was over 250K and was the top gainer in the market up 159%. Stock have kept going higher, it did get back up over my entry price like and hour later but then started fading again.
Didn't meet all 5 Criteria, Float was 8.621m, stock was under $2, NO News Catalyst, stock was up 151% and Relative Volume was 124 over normal . Again, didn't get to capitalize on the bigger run up due to having to be somewhere. Stock topped out at 4.30 during after hours trading.
Didn't quite meet all my 5 pillars of stock selection. Low float 6.244m, stock was between $2 and $10, relative volume was 7x's normal volume, NO News Catalyst, stock was up 28%. Got in at 2.369 and got out at 2.41, was kind of choppy and didn't get the good climb up due to having to leave to go Ref a Volleyball game.
Met my 5 criteria for stock selection. Low Float {740k} Price between $2-$10, News Catalyst, Relative Volume up 26%, Up 70%
So this stock was running premkt, low float 942k, volume was high, no news though. I made some money paper trading premkt, I was expecting to run at the opening bell and it spiked right at open got in at 3.44, expecting it to break 3.50 and continue to run. Instead, it nose dived down to 3.18. The market giveth and then taketh away
