I was watching this hovering around VWAP and took a trade once it broke and held above it. This was on my small account so I had a small position. I set a limit at $9.60 based on earlier resistance levels. Took me a two hour nap and the order had been filled.
Still going for some base hits. Waited for a break and hold above VWAP before entry. The stock was getting indecisive so I got out with a small profit.
I've been using Finviz to find stocks so that I can get away from the whole Stocks to Trade BS. This one was just a bad trade.
This would have been a lot bigger gain but Think or swim would not process my orders on the app. I had to create a sell order 3 times before it would show up. My fault for trading on an iphone. Not a bad small gain though.
I'm just going for some base hits until I start to learn something that will help build my confidence up.
